These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between Go For Cleaning LTD and the Customer.

The purpose of this agreement is to declare the terms & conditions under which Go For Cleaning LTD will offer cleaning services to its clients. Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions stated below.

The Customer agrees that any use of the services, including placing an order for services by telephone, email, website forms shall constitute the Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing

Go For Cleaning LTD use national average room sizes when calculating the price over the telephone.
We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Customer’s original requirements change or upon inspection of the property by our cleaners.
For bedrooms bigger than 20 square meters and living rooms bigger than 30 square meters the price will increase.

Access

The Customer must provide electricity and running water at the premises where the service is conducted. Failure to provide these is subject to a £60 non-refundable fee.
The Customer is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time. If keys are provided they must open and close all locks without any special efforts or skills. We are not liable for loss or damage to keys or locks. Failure to provide access to the property is subject to a non-refundable fee equal to the amount of the scheduled cleaning service.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Go For Cleaning LTD, the account is rendered for full payment upfront. 3.5% Surcharge will be added if the payment is done via PayPal. If cash payment is agreed, the Customer must make payment by cash before the cleaner / cleaning team start the job.
If bank transfer is agreed with the customer, it is to be arranged no later than a day before the date of the appointment. The company reserves the right to cancel an appointment in failure of receiving cash payment or a bank transfer in advance.

Cancellations

The Customer can cancel the scheduled service by giving prior notice at least 24 hours before the appointment, but it is subject to a £60 non-refundable fee. Customer may cancel an appointment within the 14 days cooling off period as per the law without a charge, but if the scheduled appointment is less than 14 days ahead, there will be a waiver of the cooling off period. Cancelation of the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning service is subject to a non-refundable fee equal to the amount of the scheduled cleaning service. We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well being of our operatives.
The company has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned cleaning team.

Claims

No refund claims will be considered once the cleaning service has been carried out.
All services shall be deemed to have been carried out to the Customer’s satisfaction unless written notice is received with details of the complaint within 24 hours of the work being completed. We will fully investigate any complaint and attempt to resolve it to the satisfaction of the Customer, or alternatively to a reasonable standard. We will not approve any complaint filed after 24 hours following the cleaning session. The Customer agrees to allow the cleaner/cleaners back to re-clean and inspect any disputed areas/items before arranging a third party to carry out services.

Damages or theft must be reported before the cleaners leave the premises, otherwise the Customer will not be entitled for any kind of compensation. In case of damage, proven to be caused by us and reported while the cleaners are still on premises, Go For Cleaning LTD will repair the item at its cost. If the item cannot be repaired Go For Cleaning LTD will rectify the problem by crediting the customer with the item’s present actual cash value toward a like replacement.
While our operatives make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason is requested all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored away and/or not cleaned by the cleaning operatives.
Go For Cleaning LTD may require entry to the location of the claim within 24 hours to correct the problem.
Go For Cleaning LTD shall not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of the Customer placing furniture on a carpet which has not completely dried.
Go For Cleaning LTD shall not be liable for the shrinkage of carpets as a result of poor fitting.
We are not responsible for any existing damage to Customer property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages/scratches etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning methods.
Go For Cleaning LTD will do our best to make sure your appliances are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned since they were purchased regrettably, we will not be liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals.

Go For Cleaning LTD do not wash or clean/wipe painted walls.
Go For Cleaning LTD cannot guarantee our End of Tenancy Cleaning Service when personal belongings or people are still present in the property at the time of the cleaning. If check out inspection is scheduled, it must be no more than 48hrs after the service provision and the property must be unoccupied during the inspection.

Insurance

We provide a Public Liability Insurance which cover any ill-fated damages prompted by a staff working for Go For Cleaning LTD, reported while the cleaners are on the prmeises. There’s a £250 Excess Fee on any Accidental Damage Claim of which 50% is compensated by the client and 50% is compensated by Go for Cleaning LTD.

Equipment

Go For Cleaning LTD will provide all cleaning materials and equipment on request. Please note that this may be subject to a surcharge.

Liability

Go For Cleaning LTD hold the right to not be liable for: not performing tasks which aren’t on our checklist; tasks not done due to lack of water, power supply, heights higher than 2.6m or any other hindrances to the cleaning process; fading or wear of carpet or upholstery becoming more noticeable after soiling has been taken off; falling short to get rid of permanent stains that can’t be cleaned by our specialised cleaning techniques; existing damage that can’t be cleaned employing our professional cleaning equipment and supplies; any damages prompted by defective equipment or chemicals given by the client; loss or damage to items if caused by fire, terrorism, wear & tear, leakage, infestations, or other such events outside of our control; the discarding of waste or personal possessions left by former tenants on an End of Tenancy Clean; refund of any charges for repairs performed by a 3rd party without our approval.

Our Guarantee

Go For Cleaning LTD has built its business and reputation by providing its clients with the best possible cleaning service available. Still we realize that because its operatives are human beings, they sometimes make mistakes. For this reason, we offer you 24 hours guarantee. If the Customer is not satisfied with the cleaning standard of certain areas after the cleaning, Go For Cleaning operatives will come back to the Customer’s home and re-clean those areas free of charge.

However, this full service guarantee is not applicable if: the customer notified us to the concern more than 24 hours after the cleaning; customer were present during the cleaning event and approved the work on-site; customer under-adjusted the original estimation we made via email or over the phone.
